In this role, you will join the Employee Relations Team to steer HR compliance and ethical workplace standards. You’ll support leadership in aligning policies with Accenture’s values, address employee concerns, and promote fair treatment across a complex multinational environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve communication, enforce guidelines, and resolve workplace conflicts constructively. Provide basic guidance on HR policies and procedures to help colleagues apply internal guidelines
Support coordination of program and change management activities to promote team collaboration and ER initiatives
Serve as point of contact with Payroll and offer operational support for personnel administration matters
Responsabilità
Minimum 2 years of labor relations experience in a multinational xjrgpwk company or consultancy
Knowledge of Italian labor legislation, union and works council protocols, HR practices including handling and resolving employee complaints
Master’s degree preferably in legal or economic disciplines
Proficiency in English (speaking and writing)
