PpPurpose: We are looking for a Channel Manager for the sales team of the Italian branch. The purpose of the role is the commercial management at national level of the Group brands in order to achieve the KPIs of turnover and margin for one's area of expertise as well as people management. /p pPrinciple Accountabilities: /pul liManagement of the GDA channel /li liForecast creation for the area of expertise /li liDefinition and management of the commercial plan in compliance with the assigned grids /li liManagement of sales people /li /ul pMain Responsibilities: The person reporting to the Sales Director will have the task of managing the relationship with the GDA channel, measuring the direct reports’ sales results and related buying groups’ performance, the achievement of the assigned objectives using reports and documentation, forecasting and analyzing the sell‑in and sell‑out data.
