Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in an HR role, preferably within the hospitality industry. Key responsibilities include:
• Handling all HR operational questions and requests from employees
• Executing tasks related to on-, through-, and off-boarding, employee health, and welfare plans
• Maintaining accurate records and data in our HR system, PeopleSoft
• Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
• Assisting with payroll, following up on employee cases and performance issues, and preparing HR reports

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess the following skills and qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of professional HR practices in Italy and Italian Labor Law
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
• Experience with payroll software, preferably Zucchetti
• Ability to understand contracts, onboard new employees, and clarify any HR-related queries
• Fluency in English and Italian, both spoken and written
• Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
