To continue driving our mission forward, we are looking for a strongProduct Marketing Specialist /strong to join our team. /ppstrongWHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF /strong /pullipDefine global go-to-market (GTM) strategies to help strengthen our market position as a leader, using a data-driven approach. /p /lilipActively contribute to the product strategic roadmap by identifying opportunities to develop new products or modules based on emerging needs and customer feedback. /p /lilipIdentify new market segments and develop customized marketing strategies for each segment, with the goal of expanding the customer base and increasing market share. /p /lilipCoordinate global marketing projects, managing cross-functional teams (product, sales, business development, communication) to ensure that all activities are aligned with business and product objectives. /p /lilipUse business intelligence data and advanced analytics tools (such as CRM, analytics tools, market research) to monitor product performance and customer reactions, adapting marketing strategies and messaging in real time. /p /lilipExperiment with and implement new marketing technologies to optimize the customer experience and improve product conversion. /p /lilipPropose strategic and tactical changes in real time, based on advanced analysis, to optimize the return on investment (ROI) of marketing activities. /p /li /ulpstrongWHAT WE WISH YOU’D BRING WITH /strong /pullipAt least 5-7 years of experience in the industry. Specific experience in managing product launches and creating go-to-market strategies. /p /lilipExpertise in scalable platforms: experience managing technological platforms with a focus on scalability, security, and performance, ensuring optimal user experience in a dynamic environment. /p /lilipExperience in media, SaaS, or tech companies, with in-depth knowledge of recurring revenue models. /p /lilipIn-depth knowledge of key marketing and sales metrics, with experience in applying advanced funnel analysis techniques and conversion optimization. /p /lilipAnalytical skills: ability to use data to analyze and optimize platform performance, with a strong focus on achieving high-quality results. /p /lilipCommunication and leadership: excellent communication skills in both Italian and English (C1) and the ability to collaborate with different teams (technical, marketing, operations), as well as external stakeholders.
