You will be joining our Global Sales & Operations team.
Overall the Global Sales & Operations team is in charge of continuously optimising our operations tools and processes while increasing both internal and external customer satisfaction.
You will join an agile and dynamic team in a fast moving scale-up environment.
What you will do
Own and coordinate monthly compensation cycles accurately calculate and process commissions and bonuses in a timely manner
Analyse sales performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation plans identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous enhancement through qualitative and quantitative analysis
Act as a primary point of contact for compensation inquiries providing guidance and support to sales representatives and managers on compensation-related inquiries policies and processes
Coordinate with Data & CRM teams to develop and automate performance monitoring tools ensuring accurate KPIs follow-up.
Who you are
You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Masters Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
Previous experience of Business Modelling, target setting and / or compensation related topics.
Knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs such as quota attainment, revenue targets and sales pipeline.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suites or similar tools for data analysis and modelling.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
You Can Impress With These Additions
Business proficiency in Italian, Spanish or French.
Humble and eager to learn
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and sales compensation software and systems (Amalia).
Excellent communication skills, curious and able to adapt in a fast moving environment.
Problem solver, process oriented and able to foster team spirit and performance.
