PAdecco FashionCosmetique is currently seeking a skilled sales assistant part time 20h on behalf of a prestigious luxury fragance Maison. /ppThe position is based in Florence for the new boutique, with the mission of achieving sell out objectives while promoting the Brand image. /ppThe main responsibilities will be the following: /pp▪ /ppBe actively involved to reach the sales targets on all categories /pp▪ /ppCultivate a relationship with customers through an active presence on the shop floor and by providing a unique service and shopping experience in line with the brand philosophy, the corporate image, and communication and CRM guidelines /pp▪ /ppMaster selling skills to satisfy customer needs /pp▪ /ppAct as brand Ambassador to build relationships with new customers and VIP clientele /pp▪ /ppEnsure a high level of standards in Merchandising and Brand image according to corporate guidelines /pp▪ /ppRespect Retail Operations procedures and the guidelines provided by HQ /pp▪ /ppUse the main IT applications and systems, constantly updating any new tools made available by the company with reference to the Salesforce CRM system /pp▪ /ppDevelop a unique customer experience and irreproachable service, build customer loyalty and develop the customer base /pp▪ /ppMonitor stock levels and cooperate with the stock team providing support /ppPerson Specification /pp• /ppPrevious experience in the luxury industry with a customer-oriented attitude /pp• /ppEntrepreneurial spirit with the ability to drive results /pp• /ppPositive Attitude, fragrance passionate and team oriented /pp• /ppAbility to listen and advise, have a taste for challenges and sales /pp• /ppFluent in English, additional languages are a plus /ppbr/ppWe are offering an initial six-month contract, independent of the holiday season, with a solid prospect of transitioning to a permanent position. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbr/ppThe annual gross salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience and will include performance-based bonuses as well as meal vouchers. /ppbr/ppThe working schedule is part-time, amounting to 20 hours per week, distributed over shifts spanning 4 to 5 days weekly. /p
