The Role
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, delivery, and performance. This is an impactful, hands-on leadership role where you will guide the production team, improve processes, and contribute to Thermon's culture of continuous improvement. What you will do
* Supervise daily production activities in line with production plans and priorities
* Lead, coach, and develop the production team, acting as a role model on the shop floor
* Ensure compliance with quality standards, technical specifications, and HSE policies
* Drive Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S initiatives
* Monitor production KPIs (efficiency, scrap, downtime, OEE) and implement corrective actions
* Collaborate with Maintenance, Planning, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Quality
* Manage production data and material flows in the ERP system
What you bring
* Strong leadership and people-management skills
* Experience in manufacturing or industrial production environments
* Solid knowledge of Lean / Continuous Improvement and structured problem solving
* Ability to plan, prioritize, and make data-driven decisions
* Technical mindset with good understanding of processes, equipment, and costs
* Strong communication skills in Italian & English
