Ph3Job Description /h3 pThe Junior Supply Production Planner will play a key role in production planning, working cross‑functionally with various Supply Chain departments, the Production team, and the Quality team to ensure an efficient workflow aligned with company standards. /p pThis role would be the key point of contact between the production plant and the Planning corporate Team. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage production planning according to campaign‑based logic. /li liOversee the production of MTO (Make to Order) and Make to Forecast products. /li liConduct weekly reviews of the production plan, with a particular focus on high‑runner products, in collaboration with the site reference. /li liManage production plans for three different plants. /li liEnsure timely updates in the SAP system following the agreed alignments. /li liPlan in detail the packaging of finished products in cooperation with the Plant Warehouse Team. /li liMaintain daily alignment with the CS team, providing expected dates for the fulfillment of pending orders. /li liProactively coordinate with the Material Planner and Expeditor. /li liAnalyze inventory and aging stock. /li liBuild production plans based on demand and production capacity. /li liMonitor and manage stock levels to ensure operational continuity. /li liAnalyze production data and propose solutions for process optimization. /li liOptimize the production plan in collaboration with the plants. /li liAssist the Supply Planning Lead in managing master data. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegrees in Economics, Business Management, or Industrial Engineering. /li liPrevious experience in Supply Chain Departments is considered a plus. /li liIntermediate‑level English proficiency. /li liProactivity. /li liTeam‑working. /li liGood communication and interpersonal skills. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 ul liThe job is based in Desio (MB) – Italy. /li liType of Contract: CCNL – Chimico Farmaceutico Industria; Full Time. /li liWork in a dynamic international environment. /li liPossibility of Smart Working after initial On Boarding. /li liWe promote a sense of fulfilment with a genuine mission: nourish and protect the planet, and Raise Human Health. /li /ul pAt Lesaffre, diversity is a strength that enriches our culture and our teams.
