Our team is developing the next-generation Machine Translation System with the ambitious goal of reaching the singularity that we define as the quality of the top‑1% professional translator and making it available to millions of people worldwide. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liProduct-driven research: apply the latest research to improve the quality of our Machine Translation solution and make an impact on our latest product. /li liAutonomously manage the full project lifecycle from planning to deployment providing key insights and technical directions. /li liUtilize an HPC cluster for scalable multi-node training tasks to accelerate model development and quickly evaluate research ideas. /li liCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team of product owners designers developers and system administrators. /li liParticipate in continuous learning opportunities to stay ahead in the fast-evolving field of AI and Machine Translation. /li /ul h3Qualifications Required /h3 ul liMSc in machine learning or a related field and 3 years of industry / research experience (a PhD is considered equivalent). /li liProven experience in fine-tuning Large Language Models using distributed training frameworks and libraries (e.g. DeepSpeed FSDP Transformers). /li liProficiency in Python and experience with at least one deep learning framework (e.g. PyTorch). /li liProactive self‑driven and enjoys solving complex problems not just in the primary area of responsibility but across boundaries. /li liExcellent communication and teamwork skills with the capacity to convey technical concepts to non‑expert audiences. /li liAbility to iterate quickly and make decisions based on results and data analytics. /li /ul h3Additional Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience developing Machine Translation models is a strong plus. /li liExperience with modern LLM alignment techniques such as Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), DPO and GRPO. /li liExperience with job scheduling and workload management systems particularly Slurm. /li /ul h3Headquarter /h3 pTranslated is hosted at Pi Campus, a working environment immersed in nature where 7 luxury villas have been converted into functional offices to foster talent growth.
