Dana HR Manager Job Description

Position Summary
We're looking for an HR Manager in Arzignano (VI). The resource will report to the HR Operations Lead LV, CV, PT EU & Africa and will manage 2 people.
Main Responsibilities
1. Organization: Contribute to improving the organizational model of the plant, ensuring the proper implementation of standard structures, processes, responsibilities, skills, and profiles.
2. Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with Line Managers on recruiting Blue Collars and White Collars.
3. Training and People Development: Coordinate and implement Individual Development Plans (IDP) and organize plant training projects, onboarding, and induction for new hires.
4. Business Partnership and KPI Management: Support the monitoring of HR KPIs such as labor cost, holidays usage, absenteeism, overtime, and turnover, proposing improvement actions.
5. Compensation and Benefits: Manage according to Dana group guidelines.
6. Internal Communication: Support communication processes and special projects.
7. EHS Norms and Procedures: Collaborate with the EHS Manager to ensure safety and property safeguarding.
8. Labor Relations: Ensure compliance with labor laws, collective agreements, and company regulations; contribute to union negotiations.
Position Requirements
* University master's degree in Economics, Law, or Organizational Psychology.
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational company.
Hard Skills
* English proficiency (spoken and written).
* Talent acquisition, training & development, labor law, union management, budgeting, reporting, MS Office.
* Plus: Master in HR Management, compensation & benefits policies, financial indicators, personnel administration.
Soft Skills
* Leadership, teamwork, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, negotiation, adaptability.
