o Support the Product Owner with backlog management and guide the team regarding priorities and scope.

o Ensure continuous integration and release processes are followed and reinforce agreed team rules when necessary.
* Team Protection from Distractions
o Shield the team from external distractions and unnecessary interference that may impact delivery focus.
* Project Tool Administration
o Create, configure, and maintain workflows in a widely used Agile project and issue tracking platform.
* Problem Solving Facilitation
o Encourage structured problem solving and elevate issues only when the team cannot resolve them independently.
Requirements
* Scaled Agile Leadership Experience
o Experience leading Lean Agile delivery across large, complex projects and distributed teams working across multiple locations.
* Ability to measure Agile initiatives using Lean portfolio metrics and evaluate delivery performance.
* Strong backlog management practices including refinement, prioritization, and facilitation techniques.
* Agile Tool Configuration Experience
o Hands‑on experience configuring and managing workflows in a widely used Agile project management platform.
* Software Development Lifecycle Knowledge
o Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle with strong awareness of customer‑centric delivery.
* Stakeholder Management Expertise
o Strong ability to manage internal and external stakeholders within an Agile delivery environment.
* Communication and Alignment Skills
o Excellent communication skills ensuring project scope and expectations are clearly understood by stakeholders.
* Strong commitment to continuous improvement and adoption of recognized Agile best practices.
* Experience with risk identification, risk mitigation strategies, and risk‑based planning.
