You can see examples here: Our dedicated team is committed to delivering exceptional service and ensuring every event is successful. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liConvert leads to clients, create and manage bookings in the reservation system, accurately prepare group booking contract documents in accordance with company policies, secure signed contracts and deposits in established timelines. /li liAssist clients with what is offered for rentals, recreational activities, transportation, entertainment, and other requests to create overall positive experiences. /li liEffectively and proactively communicate contracted arrangements and client needs and preferences to the property’s operations team, ensuring all client expectations are met or exceeded. /li liSchedule and manage pre-event meetings to review all aspects with clients, as well as the internal team assigned to the event. /li liStay updated on industry trends and market demands, identifying new opportunities to enhance the event experience and exceed client expectations. /li liOccasional travel to key and emerging markets to participate in trade shows to promote Salerno Group properties and services. /li liActive participation in networking organizations and activities to cultivate relationships and grow referrals. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul libProven experience in event sales, with a track record of successful events and client satisfaction. /b /li libProven track record of meeting monthly sales goals. /b /li liExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and team members. /li liStrong organizational and project management abilities, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines. /li liTreat people with respect and dignity, keep commitments, inspire trust in others, work ethically and with integrity, and uphold the organization’s values. /li liProficient in using Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
