Adecco Consultant is seeking a Site Manager for a construction company in Este (PD).
Responsibilities
* Managing and supervising ongoing construction work.
* Coordinating workers and subcontractors.
* Planning activities and managing the project schedule.
* Monitoring progress of the work.
* Direct interface with company management.
* Overseeing safety regulations.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in civil or industrial construction.
* Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
* Availability to travel within the territory.
* Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a diploma as a Surveyor.
* Direct employment with a permanent contract, industry construction Ccnl.
* Company car, phone, laptop.
* Daily allowance and travel expense reimbursement.
