What You Will Learn
As an intern in the Industrial Engineering team, you will gain experience in a dynamic and international environment, working on manufacturing and efficiency challenges. During your internship, you will:
Deepen your understanding of work analysis methodologies, including time and method studies and workload calculation.
Support in the monitoring and analysis of working hours across different factories, helping to identify inconsistencies, anomalies, or optimization opportunities.
Support the definition of workforce requirements by considering all relevant manufacturing variables.
Collaborate with cross‐functional teams (regional teams, plant, and other stakeholders) in benchmarking activities.
Assist the Engineering team in preparing business cases to support the rollout of automation projects.
Help spread the adoption of standard methodologies across plants, such as OEE and Worked Hours calculation.
Contribute to plant improvement initiatives by conducting cost‐benefit analyses to support productivity increases and cost‐reduction actions.
What We Are Looking For
A Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or similar.
Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
Strong interest in work organization, process analysis, and operational efficiency.
Willingness in learning programming languages (SQL, Python, etc).
Good knowledge of Office suite (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
Good command of Microsoft Excel (knowledge of Pivot Tables, formulas, basic macros is a plus).
