Mission: The consultant provides support and delivery services to clients within her/his expertise domain, adhering to Murex standards (quality and effort).
Main activities include:
Providing support services to clients: follow-up and resolution of open casesContributing to build phases of upgrade, migration, or implementation projects as a team member and participating in client workshopsManaging defect correction and product enhancementConducting trainings internally and for clientsSupporting clients on-siteStarting to act as Support Coordinator with guidanceProviding internal assistance for demo/pre-sales preparationWorking on internal product evolution streamsTeam: The Client Services team in Beirut handles the implementation, delivery, support, and maintenance of Murex solutions for the Middle East and South Africa regions.
They provide design, configuration, and support for Murex applications across domains such as Front Office (Treasury, Derivatives), Back Office (workflows, accounting), and Risk Management (credit risk, market risk, operational risk) related to various asset classes.
Your Role: Interacting with clients for business and technical specifications and validating outputs with the team managerBuilding solutions followed by supporting client-reported casesFollowing up on issues until resolutionActing as an expert on assigned modules (FO, BO, Risk) and leading discussions with traders, Business Analysts, and Risk ManagersContributing to troubleshooting guides for first-level supportParticipating in training support teams and end-usersCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfactionEngaging in internal streams: training, documentation, development specifications, QA testingProviding feedback to team leaders and escalating issues when necessaryYour Profile: Bachelor's in Engineering (preferably CCE, ECE) or Computer Science; a master's in finance/business is a plus0-3 years of experience in FinTech or related domainsFinancial background is advantageousKnowledge of SQL, XML, Unix is a plusExcellent command of English; French is a plusClient-oriented with strong teamwork and collaboration skillsAbility to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
