For Boutique, Outlet (DOS) the person will be responsible of ensuring Corporate guidelines, policies and procedures of Retail Operations are properly applied, including audit activities to manage compliance with
regulatory requirement and Group compliance.
PROFILO DEL CANDIDATO IDEALE
Mission of the role:
* Deploy Corporate guidelines, policies and procedures, checking the day-to-day on field adoption;
* Ensure all Stores’ opening and closing meet the required procedures and budget (e.g. Credit Sales
procedure; physical Store Warehouse organization; managerial value for stock);
* Identify potential critical issues in terms of store operational procedures and optimize them in order to achieve effectiveness and efficiency target;
* Assure that in-store services (traffic counters, fragrance, store supplies, uniforms, ...) are duly managed and optimized;
* Ensure policies and procedures related to inventory control and stock management are defined and in place;
* Monitor stock and sell through on a day-to-day basis to ensure cost effective management and the Merchandising Dept decisions are duly executed;
