IT Helpdesk Specialist - Internship - Milan - Motork

About the Role

As a Junior HelpDesk Specialist at MotorK, you will be the initial point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance. You will also play a key role in maintaining the company's IT asset inventory, assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring the organization of the IT warehouse. This role offers comprehensive hands-on experience in IT support and enterprise systems management.

Requirements

1. Familiarity with Windows and preferably MacOS.
2. Strong problem-solving and team-oriented attitude.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Basic understanding of networking concepts.
5. Good level of English and Italian.
6. Working towards or completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Responsibilities

7. First-Line Support: Respond to IT-related queries via various channels.
8. Issue Diagnosis: Determine solutions based on user-provided details.
9. Problem Resolution: Guide users through solutions.
10. Ticket Management: Escalate unresolved queries and maintain records.
11. Documentation: Update user data, produce activity logs, and manage IT asset inventory.
12. Onboarding & Offboarding: Set up and configure PCs for new employees and handle offboarding procedures.
13. IT Warehouse Management: Organize and manage IT assets in the warehouse.
14. Team Collaboration: Work with the IT team to address recurring issues.
