Join us for a career full of opportunities where you can make a difference and where no two days are the same.YOUR ROLEYou will be a key contributor within the Main Bearing Arrangement (MBA) and lubrication domain, focusing on bearing selection, calculation, and reliability for large rotating machinery. You'll collaborate with cross‐functional teams and suppliers to define requirements, run analyses, drive validations, and ensure long‐term performance and cost efficiency of the main bearing system.What You Can Expect
Perform bearing application engineering: selection, sizing, and life calculations using supplier‐specific tools.Define technical requirements for bearings, lubricants, and seals; support supplier qualification and development.Lead and contribute to DFMEA, risk assessments, RCA, and reliability improvement actions.Support design optimization (CAD collaboration), test planning, and validation of main bearing arrangements.Analyze lubrication regimes and tribological conditions; recommend grease/oil specs and maintenance strategies.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet project milestones, documentation, and quality standards.
YOUR PROFILE5+ years' experience in mechanical/mechatronics engineering focused on machine elements and large rotating machinery.Strong expertise in bearing types, selection & calculation, and bearing application engineering.Solid understanding of lubrication & tribology; familiarity with testing methods and data interpretation.Hands‐on experience with DFMEA/RCA and supplier/stakeholder collaboration.Strong English communication.Nice to have: exposure to CAD workflows and test rig/validation planning.What You'll Love About Working HereJoin a multicultural and inclusive team environment.
