HR Specialist
Responsabilità
Point of reference for employees, managing key processes to ensure an excellent work experience from onboarding to professional development.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: support in talent selection, interview management, and coordination of the integration process for new hires.
Administration of personnel: manage contractual documentation (hiring, extensions, terminations) and monitor attendance.
Training & Development: analyze training needs, organize training courses, support career plans.
Employee Relations: act as the point of contact for employees regarding company policies, welfare and internal climate.
HR Reporting: update company databases (HRIS) and create reports to monitor HR KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, performance).
Requisiti
Graduate degree in Humanities, Economics, Law or a Master in Human Resources.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel.
Familiarity with HR systems (SAP, Workday, Zucchetti) considered a plus.
Excellent command of English (B2/C1), written and spoken.
Excellent communication, empathy, confidentiality, problem‐solving and organizational skills.
