Purpose of the Job The Reliability Engineering Maintenance Planner is responsible for asset and spares management, preventative maintenance planning, and machine history data. They serve as the site lead for the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software, extracting information to support the decision-making of the site engineering manager. Responsibilities Be the site-level Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the CMMS software, train the local engineering team, and escalate issues as required. Ensure the system is operated in line with EU standards and participate in EU-led projects and improvement programs. Maintain accurate records of site equipment, spare parts, and minimum stock levels in the system. Forecast and assign preventative maintenance tasks to technicians to ensure high equipment availability. Compile equipment data, performance metrics, and machine histories; make improvement recommendations. Manage spare parts inventory, place and track orders, and collaborate with procurement for cost efficiencies. Basic Qualifications Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or auditing, either as a hands-on engineer or planner. Proficiency with CMMS software. Proficiency in MS Excel core functions. Experience managing spare parts inventories. Good communication skills in English and the local language at CEFR Level B2 or higher. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a technical, operational, or business field from an accredited university. Experience with the Infor EAM platform.
