Key Responsibilities
* Facilitatebusiness requirements gathering sessionswith key stakeholders
* Accuratelydocument and update business requirements
* Conductrequirement walkthroughswith business, IT development, and QA teams
* Assist in preparingROI analysis for project prioritization
* Support modernization projects, particularly inpolicy administration and finance/accounting
Qualifications
* 3+ years of Business Analyst experienceinproject-based roles, ideally as a lead
* Proficiency in Jira, Teams, and Excel
* Experience in the Insurance industry is required
