The role involves planning daily operations, supervising staff, handling guest requests, and driving service excellence. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong: /ppbr/pulliPlanning Front Office operations based on occupancy forecasts /liliSupervises Front Office team and ensures service standards /liliHandles guest requests, complaints, and feedback directly /liliCommunicates guest needs across departments to ensure resolution /liliAuthorizes spending limits, room credits, and department budgets /liliParticipates in recruitment, training, and performance reviews /liliPromotes upselling and cross-selling to boost revenue /liliLeads internal meetings and attends cross-departmental sessions /liliMonitors costs, revenue, and financial performance of the Rooms division /liliReviews performance reports and KPIs /liliWorks toward guest satisfaction targets and review score goals /li /ulpbr/ppstrongRequirements /strong: /ppbr/pulliProven experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in 5-star hotels /liliStrong knowledge of front office operations and guest service standards /liliProficiency in Opera PMS and other hotel management systems /liliLeadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team /liliExcellent communication and interdepartmental coordination abilities /liliFluency in English; additional languages are a plus /liliProblem-solving attitude and attention to detail /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat we offer: /strong /ppbr/pulliType of contract seasonal /liliAccommodation available /liliMeals provided /liliCareer growth opportunities within the company /liliDynamic and collaborative work environment /liliOngoing training and access to professional development courses /li /ul
