Position Summary: We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team based in Fidenza. He/she will provides service to both Hu-Friedy Europe internal and external customers via high volume of live phone calls, voice and electronic mail messages while being an experienced resource for the company’s products or services by following standard scripts and procedures. He/she will promotes and sells the company products or services; he/she will investigates and resolves complaints. Duties: - Provide live telephone support for ordering questions from customers, sales team and country managers. Answer questions, assist in and enter orders, help customers with problems. - Conduct follow up to ensure order processing is completed in a timely fashion - Create and maintain periodic reports - Interface with other departments to help meet customer needs, achieve efficient operations Duties - cont'd: Education Degree: - Bachelor's DegreeRequired Experience: - Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in Customer Service/Order Entry and or Call Center. Outbound calling experience a plus. - Good knowledge of Italian and English language - Additional language skills (1.German, 2. French) required, depending upon the client segment to be supported - Good organization, administrative and task management skills. - Strong PC skills: MS Word (Word, Excel, Outlook). - ERP experience highly desirable. - Must be detail oriented and handle multiple processes. - Good analytical skills and strong problem resolution skills. - Flexible and able to work well in a team environment.
