The position of Industrial Engineer, in the Manufacturing Department is based in Cameron, Colico. Cameron is a world leader in the manufacture of choke valves, actuators and other flow control devices for the oil and gas industry. The position reports directly to an Industrial engineer supervisor The Industrial engineer will work within a multinational team gaining extensive experience in all aspects of the manufacturing of Oil & Gas high pressure, flow controlling devices.
**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Budget management for investments and tooling
- Implementation of Lean Manufacturing techniques within the entire production area of the company
- Detection of production costs (processing costs and general costs)
- Maintain and analyze Manufacturing metrics
- Planning and control of the implementation of new equipment
- Assistance to the Manufacturing Manager and manufacturing supervisors
- Make sure, with the support of the HSE office, that the external contractors have the requirements of technical and professional compliance by Italian legislation
- Monitor and supervision of contractors, carrying out all activities necessary for cooperation and coordination, participating in meetings called for this purpose - ensure compliance with HSE rules by these companies
- Monthly check of plant costs/overheads
- Management of the processing time detection system
- Check of extra-cycle hours and issue related statistics

Minimum Job Qualifications
- Masters in Mechanical Engineering or closely related discipline is required.
- Data analysis, problem solving and decision making.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years' appropriate work experience whilst desirable is not essential.
- Working knowledge of Autodesk Inventor and Microsoft Office is desirable.
- Knowledge of machining processes is desirable.
