Ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this role you lead a small team at Vendor/3PL sites to optimize Amazon’s Customer Fulfillment Flex operations in Northern Italy. You will drive continuous improvements, manage relationships with Vendors and internal stakeholders, and ensure safe, efficient, high-volume performance. The role combines hands‑on leadership with cross‑functional coordination to accelerate delivery through vendor sites.
