In this role you will bridge business users and technical delivery teams, translating operational needs into clear requirements and scalable data/system solutions. You will play a key role in defining Europe’s data and systems strategy, ensuring alignment with—and influencing—the broader GSO digital strategy to meet regional needs. /p pThis role is pivotal in turning enterprise data into actionable insights and trusted reporting—supporting both day‑to‑day execution and longer‑term performance improvement. /p h3What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) /h3 ul liBridge users and technical teams (primary accountability) /li liLead stakeholder discovery to capture needs, clarify problem statements, and translate them into functional requirements/user stories and acceptance criteria. /li liPartner with technical teams on solution design across integrations, data flows, and reporting—ensuring feasibility, scalability, and continuity. /li liBe hands‑on in implementing and developing solutions within the A4E platform, partnering with users and technical teams from design through deployment. /li liDrive testing and validation by designing test plans and supporting execution to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability. /li liHelp define and execute Europe’s data systems strategy /li liSupport prioritization of a regional roadmap and convert strategy into tangible deliveries (analytics, data products, process/system enablement). /li liContribute to harmonized regional KPIs and measurement standards to monitor end‑to‑end SPSC performance. /li liAlign with / influence GSO digital strategy /li liEnsure Europe requirements are aligned to global standards where possible, and clearly articulated where regional constraints require adaptations—so global direction evolves to meet Europe needs. /li liCollaborate with other regions bring best practices /li liCollaborate with peers across regions to share best practices, reuse proven patterns, and accelerate delivery of business value. /li liBring best practices into Europe delivery: governance, data quality controls, documentation, standard metrics, and scalable reporting patterns. /li liDeliver roadmap initiatives (examples; not exhaustive) /li liReporting migration to Power BI /li liEnterprise Architecture review (compliance with updated standards) /li liData migration into a Data Lakehouse and ETL migration into Databricks /li liMPS enablement enablers (e.g., Lumigen declination, Material Level Demand) /li liPlanning capabilities such as Harvest Plan and Conditioning Plan /li liData‑centric capabilities like Data Quality Certification Management, Recipes Management, and execution enablement topics (e.g., treaters automation, plant lab data management) /li liTrade / order visibility support (e.g., Trade Management, CTB and Sales Order Visibility) /li liAdvanced analytics / AI‑enabled improvements (e.g., AI‑driven sequencing in line, AI‑driven input batch selection, signaling improvement, batch movements and release) /li liDrive change through training and adoption /li liBuild documentation and user‑facing guidance for solutions (processes, data definitions, mappings) to support knowledge transfer and audit readiness. /li liFacilitate training and adoption so regional and local teams can confidently use standard reports and tools. /li liSupport change management activities around deployments and continuous improvement. /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring (Required Qualifications) /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics). /li liExperience in analytics/reporting and data visualization; ability to translate data into business insight. /li liStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a data‑driven mindset. /li liAbility to work independently, prioritize under time constraints, and influence across functions/reporting lines. /li liFluency in English; additional European language(s) are a plus. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liProficiency with Power BI / Tableau and strong reporting/visualization practices. /li liStrong foundation with databases and analytics tooling (e.g., SQL; programming languages such as Python/R as applicable). /li liExperience with Azure DevOps (Azure Repos, Pipelines/CI‑CD, Boards) to support structured delivery and traceable releases. /li liUnderstanding of data pipelines / integration concepts (ETL, APIs, data mapping/transformation) and comfort partnering with engineering teams. /li liFamiliarity with enterprise platforms commonly used in supply chain environments (e.g., SAP/IBP) is valuable. /li /ul h3Location /h3 ul liThis role is intended for Europe SPSC and is commonly based in Sissa (IT) /li liRequired to be close to a Corteva seed production site (Aussone, France;
