PpAD Energy Recruitment is supporting a leading biogas developer in Italy as they look to hire a key figure within their Production Operations function. This role sits at the heart of plant performance, ensuring safe, reliable, and optimised operations across multiple biogas assets. /ppThe position focuses on end-to-end Plant Management, with strong emphasis on Operations Maintenance execution, contract oversight, and ongoing performance reporting. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliOversee and coordinate all Operations Maintenance (OM) activities, ensuring deadlines, compliance, and contractual obligations are met /liliSupervise the technical plant team, acting as the main point of contact between local operators, HQ, and external service providers /liliManage forecasting, planning, coordination, and reporting of scheduled, predictive, and corrective maintenance /liliMonitor plant performance remotely, ensuring the correct and safe operation of biogas production assets /liliEnsure all necessary resources, materials, and equipment are available and properly controlled /liliCoordinate emergency response and operational teams for plant fault management /liliSupport in drafting and managing OM contracts, including updates and compliance /liliProduce periodic KPI and performance reports for continuous optimisation /liliCollaborate with the construction team during new plant build and commissioning phases /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliDegree in Engineering (any relevant discipline) from an accredited institution /liliMinimum 3 years’ experience in similar operational or industrial roles /liliMinimum 3 years’ experience drafting and managing OM contracts /liliExperience in the biogas / biomethane sector is a strong advantage /li /ulh3Competencies /h3ulliStrong ability to manage budgets, resources, and operational workflows efficiently /liliProactive, motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality work /liliStrong organisational skills, accuracy, and adaptability /liliTeam player with a collaborative mindset and focus on shared objectives /liliExcellent English (written and spoken); additional languages are considered a plus /li /ulh3Location Details /h3ulliBased : Milan /liliTravel : Occasional short trips required /liliHours : Full-time, Monday to Friday /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
