Job Description :
We are looking for a Content Specialist Community Manager for our office in Milan.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Assisting with the scheduling and publishing of content across various social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
2. Daily monitoring of online interactions and conversations related to the managed brands.
3. Moderating comments and managing messages in alignment with each client's tone of voice.
4. Supporting the preparation of regular performance reports for social media content.
Requirements :
* Genuine interest in digital communication and social media.
* Attention to detail, proactivity, and a collaborative attitude.
* Familiarity with main social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn; knowledge of YouTube is a plus).
* Academic background in communication, marketing, or related fields.
