Job Description:
We are looking for a Content Specialist - Community Manager for our office in Milan.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting with the scheduling and publishing of content across various social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.);
2. Daily monitoring of online interactions and conversations related to the managed brands;
3. Moderating comments and managing messages, in alignment with each client's tone of voice;
4. Supporting the preparation of regular performance reports for social media content.
Requirements:
1. Genuine interest in digital communication and social media;
2. Attention to detail, proactivity, and a collaborative attitude;
3. Familiarity with main social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn; knowledge of YouTube is a plus);
4. Academic background in communication, marketing, or related fields.
