For our own projects, we are looking for: Construction Electrical Supervisor (E&I)
MISSION
The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) construction activities at site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards within a refinery environment.
The role requires strong site presence, hands-on supervision of subcontractors, and solid experience in oil & gas or petrochemical construction projects.
CONTRACT DETAILS
* First Mobilization: March 2026 – May 2026
* Second Mobilization: September 2026 – April 2027
* Assignment: Full-time, site-based
* Project Duration: Approximately 14 months (split mobilization)
TASKS
* Supervise electrical and instrumentation installation works during construction phase
* Ensure cable tray installation, cable pulling, glanding, and terminations are executed as per IFC drawings
* Supervise installation of field instruments, junction boxes, panels, and marshalling cabinets
* Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, and HSE teams to ensure compliance with project requirements
* Verify proper implementation of ATEX and hazardous area regulations
* Monitor subcontractor performance, manpower allocation, and daily progress
* Ensure compliance with PTW (Permit to Work) and LOTO procedures
* Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce site HSE standards
* Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities when required
* Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
* Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
* Minimum 8–10 years of experience in E&I construction supervision within oil & gas, refinery, or petrochemical projects
* Proven experience in refinery environments
* Strong knowledge of HV/MV/LV systems and instrumentation installation
* Familiarity with ATEX / hazardous area requirements
* Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
* Proficiency in Italian and English mandatory
