PpOur client is a multinational company specialized in the medical devices sector. To implement the internal staff, he commissioned us to search for a product / project manager. The sought candidate will be involved in the development of software for dialysis machines and the management of related projects. /p pbAbout the role /b /p pAs a Product / Project Manager, you are the primary point of contact for our Italian customers during the implementation projects and in the context of major upgrades of the software. In this role, you perform the initial onboarding of customers, actively manage the project and assure a successful implementation of the software. You will report to the Country Manager Italy and will work closely together with the Digital Solutions team to improve the product and identify new opportunities based on lessons learned during the projects. At the end of each project, you ensure a smooth transition of the customer to the support team. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 h3Pre-sales support (20%) /h3 ul liGive product demonstrations and sales presentations, discuss solution architecture with the customer and RD team afterwards /li /ul h3Project Management and Functional Implementation Services (60%) /h3 ul liOnboarding new customers /li liProject planning and management /li liCoordinating technical tasks performed by technical specialists (server installation, testing of integrations, …) /li liCoordinating technical tasks performed by local dialysis technicians (connecting dialysis machines to network, …) /li liProviding training to end users /li liImplementing and validating the workflows /li liProvide support and guidance before and during go-live /li liAftercare the first weeks after the go-live /li liCoordinate transition to support team (if applicable) /li liProvide feedback to product management /li /ul h3Customer success / Account Management (10%) /h3 ul liVisit centers that already use company devices for some time to evaluate user satisfaction /li liIdentify opportunities at existing customers /li liJoin the account manager in regular visits to customers to help upsell new modules new modules and features /li /ul h3Training in the context of software updates (10%) /h3 ul liCreate or translate training materials for new software versions /li liProvide training to users in the context of upgrades /li /ul h3What You’ll Need /h3 ul liYou hold a Bachelor or Master degree in business administration, or computer science, and 3+ years of experience in a similar role (e.g., project manager, process optimization (Lean), business analyst, digital transformation, …). /li liExperience in healthcare IT is essential. /li liYou take initiative and proactively reach out to others when needed. /li liYou work smart by setting effective work goals, establishing priorities, and planning well in order to produce quality work. /li liYou are an independent thinker who is naturally inquisitive. /li liYou can clearly separate problems from solutions. /li liYou have an affinity with software development. /li liStrong verbal and written communication and presentation skills. /li liExperience in the hospital sector or the medical landscape is a plus. /li liGood command in Italian English. /li /ul pThe contractual framework and the remuneration will be commensurate with the experience gained.
