We Are Hiring: Senior Financial Controller
Your Role
As a Senior Financial Controller at Spoki, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic visibility across the business. Your main focus will be managing the full accounting cycle, producing timely and reliable financial reporting, and supporting the CFO in planning, budgeting, and investor-facing activities. You'll work at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategy — turning numbers into insights that drive decisions in a fast-growing SaaS company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Reporting & Accounting: Own the monthly and quarterly close process, ensure accuracy of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), and maintain compliance with Italian GAAP (OIC) and tax regulations.
2. Budget & Forecast Support: Collaborate with the CFO on annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis (budget vs. actual), helping translate financial data into actionable narratives.
3. SaaS Metrics & KPI Tracking: Monitor and report on key SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, gross margin, Rule of 40) to support data-driven decision-making and investor reporting.
4. Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Oversee cash flow planning, manage banking relationships, and ensure liquidity visibility across entities.
