Nature and aim of the position
The owner of this role is part of the Strategic and Commercial Support organization, responsible for various duties under the leadership of the GA Support Manager:
* Global Account Team support, including sales support, processing, and analysis.
Main duties and responsibilities
Data Quality
* Check the alignment between internal store mapping and the one provided by clients, ensuring all information is correct and clearly presented.
* Review benchmarks to ensure compliance with the Group Data Policy, maintain delivery tools, and update recipient lists.
* Extract key contract information for easy access by stakeholders.
Contracts Management Support
* Review bonus calculations for clients to track outstanding amounts.
* Review invoicing and payment terms against agreements.
* Investigate the possibility of activating direct debit payments, assessing contractual feasibility.
Other responsibilities and tasks
* Support monthly activities based on priorities.
* Assist in preparing professional business presentations to enhance the Global Blue identity.
Reporting and collaboration
* Report directly to the GA Support Manager.
* Collaborate closely with Business Analyst Manager, Global Account Team, BI Team, and local Support Teams.
Key Qualifications
* University degree in Economics or related field.
* Strong analytical skills and Excel modeling capabilities.
* Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn.
* Experience in multicultural environments is a plus.
* Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
* Business acumen, self-motivation, and relationship-building skills.
