Supervise daily production activities in line with production plans and prioritiesLead, coach, and develop the production team, acting as a role model on the shop floorEnsure compliance with quality standards, technical specifications, and HSE policiesDrive Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S initiativesMonitor production KPIs (efficiency, scrap, downtime, OEE) and implement corrective actionsCollaborate with Maintenance, Planning, Warehouse, Purchasing, and QualityManage production data and material flows in the ERP system
