You will join our Headquarters in Florence being part of the HR EMEA Department.
You'll support the team of the HR Business Partners in the following activities:
Activation of
recruitment
channels
Drafting and publishing
job advertisements
CV screening
Conducting
selection interview
s and preparing evaluation reports
Drafting
HR documentation and contracts
Providing
day-to-day HR suppor
t to the retail network
Data entry into SAP HR system / Deloitte Tickets
Monthly updating of
reporting files
and document archiving
Monitoring the
performance evaluation
system
What you'll bring
Degree
in Management, Law, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields
A
Master's degree in HR
or previous experience in the field will be considered a plus
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English
.
Knowledge of a
third foreign language
, such as
Spanish, French, or German
, will be considered a plus
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, particularly
Excel and PowerPoint
)
Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills
