PpThe best of your adventures is the one you have yet to sail! /p pWhere passion meets opportunity /p h3Your Purpose /h3 pWe are excited to be hiring for a Marine Asset Superintendent to support fleet-wide marine asset management, including, lifecycle, planning, tracking, and optimisation, ensuring accurate asset data, effective maintenance planning, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the company’s operational and financial objectives. /p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liMaintains accurate records of all marine assets, including specifications, operational manuals, certificates, performance history, and lifecycle status. /li liKeeps the asset database updated and aligned with shipboard records, including newbuild preparation. /li liSupports lifecycle planning for critical equipment across the fleet. /li liMonitors asset condition reports, maintenance history, and performance indicators to support the Superintendent. /li liAssists the Superintendent in forecasting equipment replacements, refurbishments, and upgrades. /li liCoordinates planned maintenance schedules with Marine Operations and onboard teams. /li liAnalyses maintenance requests and ensure correct asset categorisation and prioritisation. /li liIdentifies opportunities to improve asset reliability, reduce downtime, and optimise operating costs. /li liEnsures compliance with SOLAS, MARPOL, MLC, ISPS, and classification society requirements. /li liTracks inspection, survey, testing, and regulatory renewal deadlines. /li liAssists with documentation for audits, port state inspections, and class surveys. /li liSupports budget planning for maintenance, procurement, and replacement programmes. /li liAssists with cost tracking, variance analysis, and financial reporting for marine assets. /li liContributes to cost–benefit analyses for equipment upgrades or new acquisitions. /li liPrepares asset status reports, lifecycle forecasts, performance dashboards, analyse trends, and recommend improvements. /li liDevelops and update training materials for onboard personnel on PMS use and asset management best practices. /li /ul h3Your Journey so far /h3 ul liExperience in cruise ship or passenger vessel operations. /li liKnowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 50001). /li liFamiliarity with reliability‑centred maintenance or asset lifecycle methodologies. /li liExperience in data analysis or digital asset management. /li liAbility to interpret technical and asset performance data. /li liFamiliarity with INFOSHIP. /li liExperience supporting fleet‑wide standardisation or digital transformation initiatives. /li /ul h3Your Essentials /h3 ul liRight to work in the Italy /li liStrong command of English, including marine technical terminology. /li liExperience with asset management or technical documentation in a maritime or offshore environment. /li liStrong attention to detail and organisational and data‑management skills. /li liProficiency with asset management systems. /li liUnderstanding of maritime regulations and technical standards. /li liAbility to interpret technical and asset performance data. /li /ul h3Our commitment /h3 pWe are committed to building a future that values diverse perspectives, embraces the world beyond borders, and fosters an inclusive environment where every individual feels valued, respected and empowered to be their authentic selves.
