PpbLocation: /b Milan, Italy /p pbContract Type: /b Permanent contract, Fulltime /p pbDepartment: /b Commercial /p pbReporting to: /b Head of Market Access Value /p h3About The Role /h3 pWe are looking for a bTender Manager /b to join our Commercial Department in Italy. /p pThis role is responsible for the end-to-end management of public tenders and commercial offers, ensuring accurate product positioning, competitive pricing, and full compliance with local and global requirements. /p pThe Tender Manager plays a key role in monitoring tender opportunities, supporting pricing and access strategies, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and providing analytical insights to support business decisions. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage the end-to-end planning, coordination, and submission of public tenders and commercial offers, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and compliance. /li liMonitor and analyze tender opportunities, providing strategic input on participation and commercial conditions. /li liCoordinate internal and external stakeholders, including tender service agencies, local functions, and global tender and pricing teams. /li liManage tender documentation and administrative requirements in line with company procedures and regulatory standards. /li liUpdate and manage SAP contracts, pricing data, and official price lists following tender outcomes and price changes. /li liMonitor tender awards, extensions, and contract expiration dates, ensuring timely reporting and proactive management. /li liSupport pricing and market access strategy through tender performance analysis and reporting. /li liEnsure compliance with quality, governance, and pharmacovigilance requirements, including ISO indicators, Organismo di Vigilanza documentation, and mandatory training. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Economics, Business Administration, or another relevant discipline. /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in public tenders and/or pricing and reimbursement. /li liSolid experience within the Healthcare System environment. /li liPrevious experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. /li liStrong knowledge of public procurement and tender processes. /li liExcellent analytical, organizational, and reporting skills. /li liHigh attention to detail and strong compliance mindset. /li liAbility to work effectively in a cross‑functional and matrix organization. /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liExperience with SAP and tender management tools. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pWe offer an open-end contract (Tempo Indeterminato) regulated by the CCNL Chimico Farmaceutico integrated by an outstanding benefit pack for the role as well as an annual merit reward process and individual development plan. /p h3Equal Opportunity Employer /h3 pCSL is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
