Swim in our clifftop infinity pool, stroll in magnificent Italian gardens, soak in the history, savour Michelin-starred dining and escape into a Four Seasons world of timeless beauty.**About the role:** Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you are an essential member of the Purchasing team and will be responsible for checking all incoming goods against delivery orders and invoices, food specifications and purchase records to ensure items received and ordered are correct, issuing, storing, pricing and rotating all incoming goods and maintain a good balance in accordance to business needs, ensuring all goods received are delivered to the correct storage place/holding area and maintaining the highest level of business integrity in dealing with vendors and delivery persons.**What you will do:*** Fill all china, glass, silver, linen requisitions, update respective inventory cards and rotate perishables in storerooms.* Handle all deliveries of goods to the appropriate departments within the hotel including loading and unloading carts and placing in appropriate storerooms.* Ensure loading dock and receiving areas are kept secure, clean and organized.* Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.**What you bring:*** High school education or equivalent experience.* Experience required by position is from three months to one full year of employment in the related position with Four Seasons or other organizations.* Ability to operate computer equipment.* Ability to read, speak and write English and Italian.* You should have the highest level of integrity and transparency, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams, have a keen eye for detail, and be highly organized with the ability to multitask.**What we offer:*** Competitive Salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits package* Excellent Training and Development opportunities* Complimentary Dry Cleaning for Employee Uniforms* Meals available at our Employee Restaurant* Employee Experience initiatives: from annual themed employee party to many ESG events throughout the year* Employee Recognition Programs* Opportunities to build a successful career with global potential**Schedule & Hours:*** This is a full-time position* The candidate must have a flexible schedule and work also on weekends and holidays.This position is based at the San Domenico Palace in Taormina and the contract is seasonal.
