Overview
We are looking for an Account Opening Operations Lead to own the operational stability and continuous improvement of digital onboarding platforms supporting multiple banking products.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the operational stability of account opening and digital onboarding applications
* Manage, prioritise and resolve incidents and operational backlog
* Perform root cause analysis and drive long‑term fixes
* Coordinate bug fixes and enhancements with development teams
* Act as the main point of contact between business and IT stakeholders
* Lead and support a small operations team
* Introduce and maintain structured processes and documentation
* Ensure transparency and reporting via Jira and Confluence
Must‑Have Skills
* Strong experience in IT operations, application support or delivery environments
* Fluent Italian speaker (C1 level or higher)
* Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex systems landscapes
* Hands‑on, proactive problem‑solving mindset
* Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs (REST / SOAP) and Java‑based environments
Nice‑to‑Have
* Experience with Spring Boot, GCP, PostgreSQL
* Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (Dynatrace, Splunk)
* Familiarity with ServiceNow and hybrid (on‑prem & cloud) environments
