Building anAI-native finance organizationis a strategic priority.
About The Role
Reporting directly to the CFO, theGroup Financial Controllerwill owngroup accounting, reporting, consolidation and controlsacross multiple legal entities.
This is asenior, hands-on rolefor a finance leader capable of structuring, scaling and automating finance operations in a deep-tech context.
Strong, proven experience leveraging AI in accounting operations is mandatory.
The role is not about maintaining legacy processes, but aboutdesigning an AI-first accounting function.
Key Responsibilities
Own monthly, quarterly and annual group close and consolidation
Deliver accurate management accounts, board and investor reporting
Ensure IFRS / local GAAP compliance across jurisdictions
Define and enforce group accounting policies and internal controls
Lead and optimize NetSuite ERP across the group (NetSuite is a must-have)
Drive automation and AI adoption (reconciliations, anomaly detection, journal automation, close acceleration)
Manage audits, statutory compliance and intercompany processes
Partner closely with the CFO on strategic initiatives and growth
Required Experience & Profile
8–12+ years in accounting / financial control
Strong experience in multi-entity, international environments
Background in SaaS, cloud, infrastructure or deep-tech companies
NetSuite expert (+++)
Mandatory hands-on experience implementing AI tools in accounting workflows
Strong IFRS / GAAP knowledge and consolidation expertise
Qualified accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
Comfortable building finance infrastructure from the ground up
