LLM Trainer (Agentic Tasks) – Italian (Italy)Role Overview: You will help improve foundational LLMs by creating high-quality multi-turn conversations between a user and an AI assistant. This includes simulating realistic tool usage (calendar, email, maps, etc.) and generating dialogues used for model fine-tuning and evaluation.Responsibilities:Create realistic multi-turn dialogues in Italian (Italy)Play both user & assistant roles, including tool-calling when neededEnsure logical, natural language flow and contextual reasoningFollow formatting/quality guidelines and iterate based on feedbackCollaborate with reviewers to maintain consistencyRequirements:3+ years in a technical or analytical roleStrong logical reasoning, familiarity with APIs & JSONExcellent written Italian (Italy) – native or professional levelAbility to design realistic scenarios and complex task flowsExperience with LLMs / AI assistants is a plusIf Intrested.
