Descrizione lavoro IT AssistantWe arelooking for an IT Assistant for Chia Laguna Resort !We are currentlylooking for a passionate and dynamic IT professional who is proud of theirability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and providecreative solutions to our guests.As an IT Assistantyour role will include key responsibilities such as:• Monitor theoperation and security of all computer hardware and ensure that it is operatingproperly• Maintainaccurate inventory and record of all hardware, software and manuals purchasedby the hotel• Ensure thatall software runs with no output errors, no response time problems andfunctioning according to specifications• Prepare amonthly report regarding the systems and issues related to smooth operation ofapplication software• Maintainthe documentation of the telephone system configuration• Understandall the department working procedures and perform the related tasks• Carry outthe repairs and maintenance of all PCs, printers, telephones, interactivesystem, key lock system, etc.• Maintainall users access request and authorizations (Windows, E-mail, Outlook, Protel, OnQ)• Act as theprimary contact for all outside agents in all computer technology relatedmatters• Respond toall users request and provide them with adequate supportSkillsEducation, Qualifications& Experiences:You shouldhave a degree within the information technology field and or a previous strong experiencein a similar role along with a proven knowledge in the operation andmaintenance of the equipment. An excellent command of English and Italian language !Ability to fault, find and rectify subsystems are essentials.Knowledge& Competencies:The idealcandidate will be self motivated with a hands-on and flexible approach and beable to adapt to unpredictable events.
