This role is responsible for ensuring adherence to international customs regulations and corporate compliance standards across all regions where the company operates. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of customs laws, import/export procedures, and trade compliance frameworks. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop, implement, and maintain corporate customs compliance policies and procedures in alignment with global regulations. /li liMonitor and interpret changes in customs legislation and assess their impact on company operations. /li liProvide guidance and training to regional teams on customs compliance requirements. /li liOversee classification of goods, valuation, and origin determination to ensure accurate customs declarations. /li liCollaborate with internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Legal, Finance) and external partners (brokers, authorities) to resolve compliance issues. /li liConduct internal audits and risk assessments related to customs activities. /li liManage relationships with customs authorities and represent the company during audits or inquiries. /liliSupport continuous improvement initiatives to optimize customs processes and reduce compliance risks. /li /ul h3Qualifications Skills /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Law, or related field. /li liMinimum 3-5 years of experience in customs compliance within a multinational environment. /li liIn-depth knowledge of global customs regulations, HS classification, and trade agreements. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. /li liProficiency in compliance software and ERP systems (SAP preferred). /li liFluent in English; additional languages are a plus. /li /ul h3Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment /h3 pWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
