Job Description
Our Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning and servicing Guests' rooms and suites to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience.
They ensure that all suites and rooms are inviting, perfectly clean, and respond to Guests' queries politely and knowledgeably.
They collaborate with Public Spaces Attendants, HSK Porters, Laundry team, Butlers, Front Office, and Maintenance staff under the supervision of the HSK Manager and Assistant HSK Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Clean assigned Guests' suites and rooms according to hotel standards: make beds, dust rooms and furniture, replenish guest room and bath amenities and supplies, clean floors, windows, bathrooms, and vacuum carpets.
Restock beverages and food items in the minibar.
Verify proper condition and order during cleaning and report items needing repair to the Floor Supervisor.
Clean corridors and public areas around guest rooms; maintain cleanliness of HSK offices, wardrobes, equipment, and pantries.
Maintain knowledge of hotel products and services to answer Guests' questions.
Answer Guests' questions/requests in a friendly and caring manner; escalate to Floor Supervisors as needed.
Support Guests when requested (e.g., following Lost & Found procedures).
Verify the physical status of linens, towels, and equipment; report discrepancies and maintenance needs promptly to the Floor Supervisor.
Record relevant information on assignment sheets for record-keeping and future inquiries; report special attention, unusual situations, and incidents at shift end.
Carry out HSK porters' services when required (e.g., linen delivery, processing laundry orders).
Follow Hotel security guidelines and comply with health, safety, and hygiene policies and procedures.
