About the Role For our group internal communication agency called Pubbliregia, we are looking for a Strategic Planner who will play an important role in the transformation that will shape the direction of our campaigns at a global level. Main Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of consumer behaviour and market dynamics. Translate complex research, insights and business goals into compelling briefs across traditional, digital and social media touchpoints. Define actionable communication strategies to solve business requests; coordinate with the creative team to develop and optimize campaigns and editorial plans. Identify advertising targets, define target audiences and motivations, and provide insights to maximize business outcomes. Coordinate with Global Accounts to refine campaigns and ensure strategic alignment. Monitor campaign performance and fine-tune strategies for future initiatives; analyze data on consumers and competitors to identify trends and opportunities. Define each brand communication strategy by translating business problems into strategic issues, and craft strategic, data-backed recommendations and a communication roadmap with measurable goals. Who We Are Looking For Strong background in strategic planning, developed in a communication or creative agency. Deep understanding of consumer behaviour, market dynamics and trends. Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to engage and motivate creative teams. Fluency in English and Italian; experience in international contexts/projects for a global perspective on markets, cultures and consumer habits.
