Position: Call Center Operator
Adecco Italia, Treviso, Italy, is seeking a Call Center Operator for a client company in Mestre.
The role involves collecting taxi request data, entering it into the dedicated management system, and forwarding the request to the operational center, which will send a confirmation SMS to the user.
Key requirements include proficiency in computer use, a predisposition for phone contact, and a good command of spoken English (preferred).
Work Schedule:
* Shifts between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM
* 30 hours per week over 5 days (Monday to Sunday) with rolling rest days
Responsibilities:
Data entry and management related to taxi requests, ensuring timely communication with the operational center.
