Responsibilities Reporting to the HR Country Leader, the Temporary HR Administrator will manage HR Admin & Reporting processes for all Italian plants, including multiple legal entities. The role involves providing local partnership and advice to managers and employees on Payroll, Time & Attendance, Data Management, and Employee Life Cycle documentation, collaborating closely with the HR team. Key responsibilities include: Managing attendance and absence data entry, consolidation, and verification, ensuring accuracy for payroll processing. Serving as the first point of contact for internal customers, enhancing HR tools and onboarding experiences. Preparing personnel reports and statistics. Monitoring project initiatives and coordinating with involved stakeholders. Supporting the adoption of HR solutions. Ensuring governance of HR application systems. Supervising personnel administration in coordination with external consultants. Producing and monitoring monthly KPI reports. Maintaining personnel data in SuccessFactors. Supporting annual compensation reviews. Ensuring compliance of employment contracts and employee documentation. Your Profile Education: Degree in human resources, economics, legal studies, or equivalent experience. Experience: 3-8 years in HR administration, familiarity with Italian laws and industrial agreements, preferably in manufacturing, with experience across multiple legal entities and union agreements, and in deploying HR tools. Skills & Abilities: Fluent English, strong communication, stakeholder engagement, decision-making, problem-solving, initiative, planning, and organization skills.
