Adecco Italia Spa is recruiting for a solid company in the Maintenance and Plant Engineering sector, at the production plant Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO) for a major automotive sector client.
Responsibilities:
Perform ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of robots, troubleshooting failures, replacing components, and optimizing plant performance to ensure maximum efficiency and paint quality.
Participate in installation and commissioning of new plant systems.
Qualifications:
Minimum of one year experience as an Electric Maintainer on paint booths.
Availability to work a 3‑shift schedule.
Knowledge of metalworking/automotive industrial contexts.
Strong electrical and mechanical competencies.
Contract: Permanent (CDI) with an annual salary range of €35,000–€45,000.
