Job Overview The Booking Manager will lead all influencer negotiations for the L'Oréal Group, ensuring fair and strategic partnerships across divisions. This role focuses on cost optimization, relationship building, and fostering synergies while maintaining accurate industry benchmarks through tools such as Shinebuzz and Traackr.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Negotiations & Cost Management:
Negotiate influencer collaborations based on KPIs and rate cards established by the L'Oréal Group and industry benchmarks.
Analyze historical data to ensure cost efficiency and maximize budget utilization.
Optimize costs while maintaining high‑quality partnerships and achieving agreed‑upon cost KPIs.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, managers, and other stakeholders.
Foster collaborative and human connections between L'Oréal Group brands and content creators.
Collaboration & Strategy:
Work closely with the Account Supervisors and Account Executives to align on campaign objectives and influencer selection.
Ensure synergies across L'Oréal Group divisions and brands to achieve optimal results.
Utilize tools like Shinebuzz and Traackr to maintain accurate and up‑to‑date benchmarks aligned with industry standards.
Skills & Qualifications Required Skills
1-2 years of experience. Junior role.
Collaborative and a strong team player.
Exceptional networking and relationship‑building abilities.
Proactive and resolute with persuasive communication skills.
Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
Languages: Italian native, English full working proficiency (verbal and written)
Experience
Extensive knowledge of the influencer marketing industry, including agencies and influencer dynamics.
Proven experience with tools like Shinebuzz and Traackr.
Demonstrated ability to optimize costs and manage high‑volume negotiations effectively.
Have work permit in Italy and live in Milan.
