About the Company
Our client is a renowned company specializing in the in-house production of high-quality motion control systems for industrial applications. As part of an international group, we combine technological innovation with manufacturing excellence. To strengthen our team at our headquarters in Turin (Vanchiglietta area), we are looking for an experienced, proactive, and analytical Finance & Management Control Manager.
Role Overview
Reporting directly to the corporate management and the parent company, you will oversee all administrative, accounting, and financial activities, supervising one team member. A key focus of this role will be driving the evolution of our management control systems and supporting a major corporate ERP transition.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Statements
* Supervise and control the general ledger (GL) and analytical/cost accounting.
* Prepare monthly accounting statements and periodic management accounts.
* Draft comprehensive management reporting in English for the parent company (including P&L, Cash Flow, and KPIs).
* Coordinate monthly and annual accounting closings.
* Manage accrual entries, prepayments, and depreciation/amortization processes.
Management Control
* Develop and implement a structured management control system to evolve and replace the current Excel-based model.
* Perform variance analysis against budget and forecast figures.
* Provide strategic support to management in evaluating overall company performance.
* Define and monitor key financial and operational KPIs.
Tax & Corporate Compliance
* Collaborate with the external accounting firm for periodic tax obligations (VAT, F24, CU, etc.).
* Support the preparation of the annual statutory financial statements.
* Coordinate with the Group’s statutory auditors for all audit-related activities.
Financial Management & Treasury
* Monitor cash flows and handle treasury management in close coordination with the parent company.
* Manage relationships with banking institutions and supervise credit lines.
* Optimize payment and collection processes.
Transition & Information Systems
* Provide active support for the planned migration of the company’s current ERP/management software to the Group system.
* Ensure correct data migration and maintain the absolute continuity of administrative processes during the transition.
What We Offer
* A permanent contract with a remuneration package aligned with your experience and seniority. The gross annual salary is within the following range: 40-50K plus daily meal vouchers, following the Meccanico Industria Trade Collective Agreement

Candidate Profile
* Experience: At least 7 to 10 years of experience in similar roles (Accounting Manager, Financial Controller, or Head of Finance), ideally within manufacturing or industrial medium-sized companies.
* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory for reporting to the parent company. Knowledge of French is considered a strong preferential asset.
* Technical Skills: Excellent command of Italian accounting standards (OIC) and good knowledge of IFRS. Knowledge of key Italian tax and corporate obligations
* IT Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel. Familiarity with ERP management software (SAP, Navision/Business Central, or equivalent). Proven experience in ERP system migrations or implementations is highly valued.
* Soft Skills: Strong leadership, analytical mindset, problem-solving attitude, and the ability to act as a bridge between local operations and international headquarters.
