PIntertek, a leading provider of ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification) Services, for its Industry Services Division is looking for a strongSenior Inspection Engineer /strong for a 12 months project based at supplier in Potenza. /ppbr/ppstrongResponsibilities /strong: /pulliOptimize the inspection philosophy in line with TotalEnergies standards and the legislation in force. /liliUpdate the Inspection plan into IDMS (Inspection Data Management System, ANTEA) according to the plant modifications, new inspection scopes and RBI output /liliSupport data collection for RBI study and follow-up its execution for Oil Centre and Flowlines /liliEnsure adequate adjustment of Inspection Programs/Plans according to RBI output. /liliCollect the inspection data to draft the monthly inspection report. /liliSupport the Corrosion Engineer for the assessment of the major corrosion threat and adjust the inspection plan consequently. /liliDevelop a Written Scheme of Examination when required according to Company and International Standard /liliCoordinate multidisciplinary support to inspection activity attending to the “5 weeks look ahead” weekly meeting and update inspection main activities in Integrated Operational Planning (5 month look ahead). /liliFacilitate the interface between Authorities and CPY for Inspection activities. /liliMonitor audit the contractors performance quality on site. /liliFollow up and support General Inspection Service Contract team daily activities /liliAssure the quality of the information for feedback (KPI) and reporting. /liliValidate inspection reports and ensure anomalies are properly managed through SAP notifications (CMMS) /liliEnsure that all activities are conducted in respect of HSE Group standards and Italian regulations minimizing the production short falls. /liliAttend to the weekly and daily inspection meetings. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongExperience: /strong /pulli10 years minimum of Inspection experience with strong skills in Inspection method and practices /lili5 years of experience in OilGas sector /li /ulpbr/ppstrongQualifications/Certifications /strong: /pulliISO 9712 NDT (preferable) /liliAPI 510 (Pressure Vessel Inspector (preferable) /liliAPI 570 Piping Inspector (preferable) /liliAPI 653 Aboveground Storage Tank Inspector (preferable) /li /ulpbr/ppstrongKnowledge /strong: /pulliUNI EN 16991:2018 /liliDM 239/04, D.
